3. Formation of the Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for customers to submit an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded when we expressly confirm the order or make the ordered goods available for delivery or dispatch them, subject to applicable law.
